Vivu – An All-in-One Group Travel App

“Vivu is a UX/UI design case study that tackles the challenges of group travel.

Despite the growing popularity of hassle-free tours, many travel agencies still rely on fragmented systems — emails, spreadsheets, and chat apps — to manage complex itineraries, documents, and communication.

This results in inefficiency, errors, and frustration for both staff and travelers.

Through user research and iterative design, I created Vivu, an all-in-one mobile app that integrates sales, operations, and customer experience.

Key features include digital headcount (check-in), real-time itinerary updates, and secure document storage.

Vivu not only improves efficiency for travel professionals but also enhances the experience for travelers.”
